YOUR EVENT

The Russell is a full-service catering company excited to work with each client to build an authentic Russell experience whatever the reason to gather: birthday, baby shower, holiday party, wedding, etc. The Russell team strives to ensure everything about your event: food, atmosphere, and overall guest experience, are unmatched in Kansas City, and our event styling is customized down to the last detail.

MENU

The Russell team can accommodate many different event styles. Each menu we create, is uniquely customized to craft the perfect culinary experience with our elevated, overflowing food displays on a collection of our mixed metal and wood serving platters.

TASTING

We invite you to a menu tasting once the menu has been discussed. Menu options, design and coordination services will also be presented at this time. The tasting will be a $200 charge for up to four guests, $100 per each additional guest. The tasting charge will be deducted from the final invoice if you choose to book the event with The Russell.

LETS BOOK IT

When the decision to have The Russell as your caterer has been made and a 50% deposit is paid, we will reserve your event date in our calendar. We work closely with you through the planning process and keep in close communication to guarantee confidence in a smooth experience. Our experienced and dedicated full-service staff, bartenders, and on-site event manager strive to give your event a warm, welcoming atmosphere at any venue.

DECOR

we inventory a large collection of unique industrial metal and wood serving pieces that can be assorted with antique fine finds.

our collection includes, ex-large dark wood bread proofing bowls, antique stacking wood boxes, silver tray sets + tea sets + silver serving bowls + silver vases, large & small brass candle stick collection + large & small brass vases.

DISPLAYS are an option for each custom catering set up. each display is designed to create a unique display that will compliment and elevate the event.

ACCENTS whether on a table or hanging above an elevated food display we can custom build for any catering or event set up to be accented with floral arrangements or floral installments.

SET THE TABLE with an assortment of mixed antique silverware, assorted glassware & fabric napkins
